Performance Planning and Review

Guidelines

Before submitting performance reviews please make sure you have done the following:

  1. First, the employee completes his/her portion, then the supervisor completes his/her portion. The employee & the supervisor then go over the review, and then the employee electronically signs the review & clicks submit to acknowledge going over the review.
  2. All performance reviews must be signed electronically by the supervisor and staff member by clicking submit on the Performance Review System.
  3. No paper copies are needed in the CoE Human Resources Department or at the University level.  All reviews will be uploaded from the system electronically.
  4. Supervisors should download a PDF copy of all reviews they are responsible for after everyone has completed the review process for reference for next year’s review process.
