Before submitting performance reviews please make sure you have done the following:
- First the employee completes his/her portion, then the supervisor completes his/her portion, then the employee & the supervisor go over the review, and the employee then electronically signs the review & clicks submit to acknowledge going over the review.
- All performance reviews must be signed electronically by the supervisor and staff member by clicking submit on the Performance Review System.
- No paper copies are needed in the CoE Human Resources Department or at the University level. All reviews will be uploaded from the system electronically.
- Supervisors should download a PDF copy of all reviews they are responsible for after everyone has completed the review process for reference for next year’s review process.
- All performance reviews for the period of June 1, 2016 – May 31, 2017 are due by Friday, June 2, 2017.
