Guidelines
Before submitting performance reviews please make sure you have done the following:
- First, the employee completes his/her portion, then the supervisor completes his/her portion. The employee & the supervisor then go over the review, and then the employee electronically signs the review & clicks submit to acknowledge going over the review.
- All performance reviews must be signed electronically by the supervisor and staff member by clicking submit on the Performance Review System.
- No paper copies are needed in the CoE Human Resources Department or at the University level. All reviews will be uploaded from the system electronically.
- Supervisors should download a PDF copy of all reviews they are responsible for after everyone has completed the review process for reference for next year’s review process.
