Performance Planning and Review

Guidelines:

Before submitting performance reviews please make sure you have done the following:

  1. First the employee completes his/her portion, then the supervisor completes his/her portion, then the employee & the supervisor go over the review, and the employee then electronically signs the review & clicks submit to acknowledge going over the review.
  2. All performance reviews must be signed electronically by the supervisor and staff member by clicking submit on the Performance Review System.
  3. No paper copies are needed in the CoE Human Resources Department or at the University level.  All reviews will be uploaded from the system electronically.
  4. Supervisors should download a PDF copy of all reviews they are responsible for after everyone has completed the review process for reference for next year’s review process.
  5. All performance reviews for the period of June 1, 2016 – May 31, 2017 are due by Friday, June 2, 2017.
